The protagonist is a prosecutor, a man enjoying good repute. He demands a severe sentence for a smuggler and offers his fee for a newly written and published book to be given to charity, he also supports his wife in her charitable activities. Then, however, it turns out that for months he had a mistress and he used to meet with her at a hotel.
